In order to provide better service we have listed our policies concerning orders, shipping and warranties below

ORDERS
At present we are set up for pre-paid orders only. Simply print out the enclosed order form ,fill in the required information and mail to the above address with payment in the form of check or money order included. Include all applicable taxes and shipping and handling fees.

CURRENCY
All prices quoted U.S. Currency

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES

1) Orders totalling under $25.00: Add $7.00 shipping and handling fee

(This fee applies to the continental U.S.A. and Canada only.)

2) All  orders over $25.00: Shipping and handling will be invoiced for the cost of the order plus actual shipping charges. We will quote shipping and handling costs based on size, weight and destination. Contact us by the above email for a quote and advise shipping preferences if different from our standard shipping policy.

3) International orders and non continental U.S. destinations: Shipping and handling charges will be invoiced at the time of order based on size, weight and destination. Contact us by the above email for a quote and advise shipping preferences if different from our standard shipping policy.

Custom Imprint Orders: FOB Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Actual shipping charges apply according to your choice of carrier.

SHIPPING
Unless otherwise requested all orders will be shipped parcel post or the best available carrier. Special note to U.S. Customers.

WARRANTIES
All products are guaranteed against any defects in materials and workmanship for one full year.
